Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BrickGains (the "Service"), operated by Mint Technology LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BrickGains provides estimated market values, appreciation data, retirement information and portfolio tracking for LEGO® sets, based on third-party marketplace data. The Service is an informational tool. We are not a broker, dealer, or financial advisor.

2. Accounts

To use certain features you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• The Free plan is provided at no cost. Paid plans (Pro, Investor) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with prior notice. We do not store your card details; they are handled by Stripe.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scraping or bulk-extracting our data, reselling access, attempting to breach security, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. No investment advice

All prices, estimates and appreciation figures are indicative only and derived from third-party marketplace listings. They may be inaccurate or out of date. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your buying and selling decisions.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code and branding, is owned by Mint Technology LLC. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse BrickGains.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mint Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from decisions made using the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
